So we designed and installed one of our most popular and versatile styles: the New York Sash Three-Lite Slider. This window is designed with a large, stationary picture window in the center, flanked by two smoothly operating sliders on either end.
A Modern View With A Custom Touch
To ensure it could stand up to Utica’s cold winters and humid summers, the window was built with our Double Pane glass filled with Argon Gas. This technology creates a powerful thermal barrier that is crucial for lowering energy bills and keeping the home comfortable year-round. To match the home’s classic aesthetic, the unit was crafted in a clean white vinyl. We added a modern touch with custom flat grids on the end sliders, leaving the center pane completely unobstructed for a clear, beautiful view.
This was a new construction installation, meaning our factory-trained crew removed the entire old window and frame to build a perfect, weather-tight opening for the new unit. This process allowed us to fulfill our customers vision for a custom, large interior sill, which our installers crafted on-site for a flawless finish.
